Wordless Wednesday 7.22

I know it's been a LONG WHILE Since I've typed but I've been busy and with having NO internet at home it's really rough to do anything. 

We went to Michigan around the Fourth Of July for a family reunion, before that we had Connor's fourth birthday.   I will soon post pictures of both events but for now I will give just a few to show the fun that we've had the last few weeks.

 

Monday, Is It Just Another Day

Or the start of a good week? I hope it's a good start to a very wonderful week for everyone out there. I know I've enjoyed some great family time along with some NICE 70 degree weather. I know I've gotten emails from some companies and have considered there proposals but at the present time I just don't have the time nor the internet capablities to contribute to those reviews on my blog. I will keep those emails though to email back when I'm ready to get back on the blogging horse. I was able to change up my blog look for now. Simple, sleek, purple, and EASY for me to work with at the present time.

For now enjoy some pictures from Connor's Birthday to our trip to Michigan and back.

        

There's more I just don't have a whole lot of time.

I also want to share with you a contest that a blog designer has emailed me.  Her name is Vanessa and she does wonderful work.  The contest is for a package worth 450 dollars.  From her site the first entry is to "write a short review about PaperBack Designs on your blog, social networking sites, or whatever website you have with links to her sites homepage."  The deadline for the contest is September 25th 2009 (PST).

Lemonade Stand Launch Into Summer

Kelly Ripa's doing it again!! Kelly has teamed up with Electrolux to launch The Virtual Lemonade Stand campaign to help support the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.  You can design and open your own stand along with choosing which flavors to sell.  For every lemonade stand that opens www.electroluxappliances.com will donate $1 to OCRF.  To help spread the word they are going to be giving away one of their Electrolux French Door Refrigerators with Perfect Temp Drawer.

I've been asked to review the Personalized Name Pillows Ebook  from You Can Make This.com.  Let just say it was easy to read just like it was easy to read the tie and apron Ebooks I was sent.

They look really neat, and if and when I ever have the money and time to buy the materials you better believe I'd make one each for my two boys.  Of course I would let them pick out the fabric that want.

Connor would probably pick John Deere, Cars, Transformers, Spiderman, or something animals.  James would probably pick John Deere or SpongeBob.
