I'm in a MOPS, Mothers of Preschoolers, group and this past Tuesday we did what is called an Ice Breaker. The theme for this year goes with circus and amusement parks.
I have a worksheet with definitions that belong to something you would eat or ride at the circus or amusement park.
1. A pachyderm's hearing organ
2. A feverish Beagle
3. A dwelling place for reflection
4. A fowl body of water
5. A Fatherly source of ethanol
6. A place for boxing and flipping a coin
7. Precipitation on the apex of a volcano
8. A sticky goo that will pull out Granny Smith's dentures
9. A constantly defective ear on a bumpy road
10. Frodo's treasure with an advanced degree
11. it makes your hair curl to set your drink on on of these
12. A cone shaped utensil with a birthday treat
13. A Chevy's front end on a Ford
14. P.T. Barnum's camping place
15. A Subterranean gallery for affection
16. A penalty for speeding at a cozy restaurant table
17. A ghostly habitation
18. His day off in the 80s would make you tire
Now you have to think of anything you would eat and/or ride while at an amusement park, fair, or circus.
I'll give you guys until next Saturday and give you the answers.
Good Luck!
