19 Days til Christmas
"Therefor, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greates in the kingdom of heaven."
MATTHEW 18:4
"Christmas is just for children." How many time have we heard that awful phares? Don't believe ti! Christmas is for children of any age! Jesus asks us to come to Him with childlike faith. Do you remember the excitement you had as a child waiting for Christmas monring? Do you remember your faith as a child? Do you remember when you believed that God could do anything if you simply asked Him? The truth is that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Come to Christ this Christmas with the faith of a little child.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, helps us to humble ourselves and come to You always with faith like a child. Help us to know and believe that You are the God of miracle--yesterady, today, and forever.
AMEN.
Family Activity:
Hold a family card-making party. Compile some pictures from throughout the year with captions. Then make color copies to include in your cards. Little ones can help apply address labels or stuff envelope. Turn on some Christmas music and make this a fun time.
Stress Free Tip:
As Christmas cards come in the mail, hang them on a door frame or string them with ribbon from the banister. Spend time as a family praying for the special people who sent your Christmas greetings.

I love the card idea! That prayer made me think of the song, 'Faith Like a Child' by Jars of Clay!
