Have you ever been furstrated when reading books and having some flimsy bookmarker. Then once you're done reading you lay it somewhere then you can't find because it's gone missing. Well NO MORE!
I am going to show you one of my wonderful gifts, but first a little background. My parents had gone to New Mexico to visit my grandparents, my mom's parents and to see the Hot Air Balloon Festival. My mom saw this vendor out there that made these really cute bookmarks called the Book Button Magnetic Bookmarkers.
Now before I go any further, I'm not a big reader but a few friends of mine got me hooked on Twilight, am reading it for the second time because I now have my own COPIES. YAY!! LOVING IT! LOL
Anyway more about the Book Buttons. They have all kinds from hobbies to professions from sports to fantasy to gardening, and from gambling to military. OH and they have not left out the animal lovers. They also have culture bookmarkers.
Here are a few pictures of what my mom had given to me along with the link here.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, Enjoy.

That is a very pretty bookmark! The link didn't work, but after some searching I discovered it at http://www.thebookbutton.com... ;) Thanks for sharing, I'm going to check these out, I hate when my place gets 'lost' because a bookmark falls out, and I don't like to crease the pages by folding down the corner... :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Stacy... I fixed it. LOL I had it backwards, buttonbook.com. LOL that's what I get for not checking stuff before I post. Thanks again.
ReplyDeleteVery cute!
ReplyDeleteI love that! Now what I'm wondering is if it's thick and makes imprints. Yes, I'm anal about keeping the book in like new condition. I can't help my sickness.
ReplyDeleteBlueViolet as long as I know mine hasn't imprinted on the pages the magnets are the same size as the actual fabric that is used, but then I haven't had mine that long yet either. I'll let ya know if they do.
ReplyDeleteThose are lovely! What a good idea. I'm always losing my bookmarkers.
ReplyDeleteI love those. I bought some a few years ago in a Christmas gift pack from Hobby Lobby and I've used them over and over. (I was glad they came in a set as I misplace them from time to time)
