HA!! I got out of Jury Duty!!

Since hubby works nights and sleeps during the day it was kind of easy. One of the attornies asked if anyone had any time constrants. Well I really didn't have one it was more of being home so my kids didn't hurt themselves.

I simply said "I have two little kids at home with daddy sleeping." The judge asked my name and told it and she said "You're dimissed."

WOW! So I'm home taking care of the boys and the house making sure they don't hurt themselves and make sure they get their naps.

    Good for you, lol. I'm sure you were glad to be home. I can't imagine what your boys will get themselves into if they were all by themselves alone.

    Good for you! When my kids were little, there was a form included in the summons, so all you had to do was fill it out and send it in if you were the primary care taker of young children. You didn't even have to go down there. You were automatically dismissed as long as you returned the form.
