Hey All You Nice Readers,

Thanks for being here. I really appericate that you read what I have to say whether it's about another contest or my life or what is going on around me. I've been at work this morning so no new posts besides this one, but seeing as how I'm getting closer to my 200th post and I didn't do much of anything for my 100th post I figured I would have a contest for a gift card.

Whoever can give me a great idea as to what I should do for my 200th post will get a 25 dollar gift card to either their choice of Walmart, Cato, or K-mart.

To enter leave me a comment with your ideas.
For an extra entry you can also:
*Blog about my contest with a link back to me.
*Subscribe to my blog via email or reader (See my sidebar in the right hand corner)
*Twitter it!
So you could possibly have a total of four chances to win! Good Luck!
Contest ends 8.21.08

  1. What about telling us your favorite movies, or books, or bands or TV shows. I love knowing what others are reading, listening to or watching.

I'll link your contest to my Rants blog!

  2. Well, I think this is the first time I've read your blog so I'm not sure what you have blogged about and haven't, but how about blogging about your first kiss? OR... Your favorite halloween? Or... why you think I would make a good president.

I actually stopped over to thank you for commenting on my blog last week. Sorry it's taken me a while to get back to you!

  3. 200 is a huge number, congrats.

How about blogging about your biggest accomplishment to date? I think that would be fitting.

  4. Oh and I follow you on google reader.

  5. What I want to know is how blogging has impacted your life. Have you ever been late to work because of your blog? How about blogging at work? Not getting enough sleep because you can't stay off your blog? Do you constantly check your stats? How about neglecting the house because you would rather be blogging. That is the fun stuff I wanna know.

  6. It's a lot of work, but I personally love the "100 Things about me" lists. I did that as one of my very first posts and I get a lot of feedback on it. I'll probably do another one when I hit 200 posts later this year. Congrats on your achievement!

  7. I have a thought, and I know it would take a while and take a lot of thought, but how about 200 things you want to do, see, or accomplish in your lifetime, almost like a bucket list! Again, this would take some thought, but it would sure be interesting, and inspirational! Good luck, and congrats!

  8. I love what thewritegal suggested, but I have an idea for you to consider.

How about writing a post with links to posts in your archive that show how your blog has changed from post 1 to post 200? Pick a few you like best from your archives, write a little snippet about why you choose those posts, and link us up to them. That might also serve to increase your readership as well.

    Thanks for a great contest!

  10. How about why you started blogging in the first place. What got you here and why you stayed.

  11. I'd like to read something along the lines of "What a difference 200 posts makes!" Where you would tell us what you've learned about blogging since you started. What works the best, what didn't work at all. Is there a blog post you are most proud of? Fellow bloggers need your wisdom! :)

  12. Personally I would like you to blog about all things Harry Potter, the hott men, the lessons learned, the wise words... and then I want you to finish with a big shout out to all the HP fans! LOL

  13. I saw one lady do a pass it on...she made 100 cupcakes and passed them out...taking pictures of all who got one. I was really fun. I think that's what I'm gonna do for my hundredth. 200 would be alot but you could do something smaller like Jolly Ranchers or something.

  18. Hmmm....maybe write a post about how blogging has changed your life. I mean, things you've learned, friends you've made -- include the good, the bad, and the ugly! I'm sure there's a little of each! Or have a contest asking entrants how blogging has changed their lives!

Then a small give away like entrecard points, or a GC to someone that makes blog buttons?

Lots of good suggestions above. How about something for fall fashions? Put together a $200 outfit from the web with at least 2 purple things? (Purple is my favorite color!) Good luck and congrats on the milestone!
