Remember this post about the new line from Eyes Cream Shades. Well I've got your chance right here to win your very own pair or two. I have boys so the two that are pictured in that post is what we received. So far the boys love their new sunglasses. They have yet to wear them outside but have worn them inside for the time being.

These are just two from their new line that my boys have received and enjoy.

Eyes Cream Shades new line will consist of two different models, Iced and Wrap Start along with a third called Cat Eye Walk; Grape, Choco and Ocean Ice, Vanilla Malt, Blue Crush and Cotton Candy are newest additions that will be coming out January 25th.

The one thing I love about these sunglasses is that they protect against the different kinds of UV, ultraviolet rays. From the brochure that I have received it says that scientists have determined that most eye damage occurs before the age of 8. The lenses are made of tough polycarbonate, the safest material made today.

These sunglasses can be worn on children as young as six months old.

There are five eye problems that UV Rays can contribute to. They are cataracts, photokeratitis, skin cancer, and pterygium. Your first entry is to tell me which one of the five I've left out.

New Meme: Truth or Dare

Right now it's something in progress. I do have a little graphic that Erin of The Mom Buzz made. I will get that up sometime in the week to come. As for now, the rules: I will post Truth or Dare every Thursday it will have two options, Truth being you tell me in the comments or on your blog if you've done that one thing or not and Dare being something you write about on your blog or do a vlog about it.

Bloggers Give

Is a new site that has just recently opened. Bloggers Give is all about helping charities. Their mission is for us bloggers to approach companies for reviews and/or contests and ask for on extra item to be shipped to Bloggers Give who will then in return give those items to the charity of the month they are working with.

It's a win/win situation you receive a product for review and/or contest while also giving back to others in the community. Trisha at MomDot, Kim of Accidental Mommies, Jane of Mom Generations are the women that have put this together. They are also looking for another blogger to help them out. I would but I don't want to stress myself out to much.

On with more of Bloggers Give. If you're a blogger and you send emails to companies asking for sponsorship of an event or just a contest, after making that first initial contact ask them if they could send an extra item to Bloggers Give c/o Trisha for that months charity. Then Bloggers Give will put you in their press tab and give you face time for traffic.

Those that sponsor Bloggers Give will in return get face time as well with being listed at the site, along with a review.

They have also compiled a list of what this month's charity needs, which is The Center for Courageous Kids.

Valentine's Day Swap 09

I found out from Elizabeth that An Island Life is having a Valentine's Day Swap. You go over sign Mr. Linky and the person you send to is the person that signed before you. How cool is that. A new friend to get to know and share stories with. That's awesome.
