MICROWAVE PLAYDOUGH:
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cups water
3 tablespoons oil
liquid watercolor
Mix altogether in microwaveable bowl. Cook 2 1/2 minutes on high. Stir vigorously. Cook 2 more minutes. Wearing protective rubber gloves (it's HOT) knead dough into smooth mass. (I just waited until it cooled some and then kneaded it with my bare hands.)
