31 Family Devotions For Christmas Day SEVENTEEN Dec. 17th

8 DAY UNTIL CHRISTMAS(WOW)

Praise the LORD, all you nations; extol him, all you peoples. For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Praise the LORD.
PSALM 117:1-2

God loves all of us very much. That is why He sent His only Son to earth as a baby to grow up and save us from our sins. Christmas is an excelletn time to share God's love with family members, friends, and neighbors who migh not know Him. God's love is great, and endures forever! Share that news with Somone this Christmas

Prayer:

Dear God, we are amazed at how much You love us. You are so faithful! We praise You for Your great love for each on of us. We thank You again and again for sending Your Son, Jesus, to save us from our sins. Open many doors for us to share Your love with others this holiday season.
AMEN.

Family Activity:

Make family calendars to give away as gifts. Take pictures of each family member around the Christmas tree. Find some current school photos and take some new candids. Makes sure each child has equal camera time. If you have a computer program that will make calendars for you, just scan your pictures and print. Or print out blank calendars and glue the pictures on the calendar of each month of the year. Make plenty of copies to give to grandmas, grandpas, and other special relatives or friends.

Stree-Free Tip:

A great gift for young children to give is a recording of them singing a Christmas song, reading a favorite Christmas book or poem, telling a story, or just saying, "I love you."
